Over the weekend you will enjoy at least 5 hours of Pilates classes and have an opportunity to undergo a personal 30 minute postural assessment and exercise plan.

You will have plenty of spare time to explore and relax. The Arundel retreat has something for everyone from winter walks to a heated indoor pool, to curling up with a book by the open fire.

Example itinerary below - subject to refinements. Please note the classes will be maximum of 6 people therefore allowing you to attend one morning and one evening session. The classes will be grouped by Pilates experience and level such as beginners level and intermediate advanced level.
