I'm a beginner to Pilates, is a retreat right for me?
Yes, over the weekend there will be different levels of Pilates on offer. Also within classes exercises can be varied to accommodate differing levels of experience from beginner upwards.
I have an injury, can you work with me?
Yes, depending on the level of injury. Please speak with Rachael prior to booking to discuss further details regarding your specific injury.
Can I park my car at the retreat?
Yes, there are 8 car parking spaces.
What is the age range on retreats?
I have had the pleasure of teaching a full range of ages. For the purpose of the retreat persons must be 18 upwards. There is no upper age level - we are never to old to have fun!
Can men join in?
Absolutely, in fact I encourage men join the fun too. Where possible this is taken into consideration with accommodation facilities. Should you be coming as a couple please specify when booking if you require a double room.
Can I come alone or should I bring a friend with me, especially if I'm sharing a room?
You will be in the majority if you come alone, but friends are more than welcome to book on too. The people you meet on retreat tend to be like-minded with whom you already share Pilates in common with. You may already have met many of the guests briefly from classes you have attended.
