Rachael is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, an accredited Mindful Natal® teacher and a Pilates instructor in Hitchin, Hertfordshire.
She works with high-level female athletes and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based antenatal and postnatal care.
Rachael supports the English National Ballet (ENB) by providing pelvic health physiotherapy to expectant professional dancers. She has developed antenatal and postnatal care pathways for the ENB and the professional dance community.
In addition to her clinical work, Rachael is an APPI-certified Pilates Instructor, member of the Research Advisory Group for Dance Mamma, and member of the Women in Sport and Exercise Academic Network.
